Bowmore 18 Year Old Fèis Ìle 2020
A heavily sherried Single Malt from Bowmore distillery, released to celebrate the annual Fèis Ìle. Matured for 18 years in first-fill Oloroso casks, the whisky was originally destined to be the 2020 festival release, but it was delayed until the following year’s Fèis Ìle 2021.
Only 3,000 bottles released.
Nose: Dark fruits layered with Seville Orange peel and spicy nutmeg.
Taste: Sticky dates mixed with warming stewed fruits and fresh coffee beans.
Finish: Whispers of classic Islay peat smoke and balanced by hazelnut toffee encased in velvety dark chocolate.
