Royal Salute The Key To The Kingdom comprises a variety of expertly selected whiskies gathered from all over Scotland, each aged for a minimum of 30 years.
The Key To The Kingdom takes its name from the Ceremony of the Keys. Held annually in Edinburgh at the gates of the iconic Holyrood Palace, the official residence of the British Monarchy, this revered ceremony symbolises freedom and honour, and is one of the proudest rituals in British Royal tradition.
Nose: Initially sweet and fruity on the nose, with notes of ripe juicy pears, blood orange and thick set honey. These give way to toasted oak, dried red-currents and subtle wisps of bonfire smoke.
Taste: Hints of subtle sweet smoke, candied walnuts, peaches in syrup and delicate ginger spice, this 30-Year-Old blend is the epitome of elegance and sophistication.
Finish: Long with enduring sweet smoky notes.
