George Dickel Reserve is a cask strength bottling aged for 17 years from Cascade Hollow distillery. Inspired by the previous 2016 release and its dedicated fans, General Manager and Distiller Nicole Austin searched for barrels that captured what made the original liquid special.
Nose: Complex aromas of crème brûlée, rum raisin, plum, and cherry notes.
Taste: Apricots with hints of plum and juniper, maple syrup notes.
Finish: Rich cedar finish, overtone of leather and spice lingering.
