GlenAllachie 12 yo Port Wood Finish
This gorgeous ruby red malt has been matured for over nine years in American Oak Barrels. It was then re-racked into Ruby Port Wood Pipes. The secondary maturation develops the flavor, depth and complexity and adds a vibrant, rich color. Regular monitoring ensures we achieve the perfect balance between port and malt whilst preserving the whisky characteristics.
Since reviving GlenAllachie, Master Distiller Billy Walker has spent endless amounts of time carefully analyzing the spirit within each and every cask. It was then he realized just how special our whisky was. Now, the GlenAllachie single malt is ready to be enjoyed by the world. Billy proudly puts his name to every single one of these bottles.
