Glenfiddich released Clans of the Highlands, individually illustrated tins to celebrate some of the most famous Highland clans. Each of these presentation tins included a history of the clan represented.
This release celebrates the history of Clan Montgomerie. Gift tin showing a portrait of Hugh Montgomerie 12th Earl of Eglinton.
Nose: Fragrant, touch of pear.
Taste: The pear on the nose is soon followed by a distinctive, well-balanced flavour of rich fruit, subtle pine and a hint of peat.
Finish: Expect a satisfyingly long, lingering and rounded aftertaste.
