Jack Daniel’s Master Distiller No 5 Frank Bobo Tennessee Whiskey
Making its debut in September of 2012, the Master Distiller Series from Jack Daniel’s celebrates the 7 Master Distillers throughout the history of the Jack Daniel Distillery.
Part of the Jack Daniel’s Master Distiller Series, this was the fifth release, introduced in 2016. This Limited Edition release celebrates Frank ‘Bobo’ Thomas, Master Distiller at Jack Daniel’s between 1966 and 1988.
During the 1970s and most of the 1980s, Frank Bobo oversaw the historic rise of Jack Daniel’s Old No. 7 Brand. Throughout his watch, he never made enough whiskey to keep up with demand; he was more concerned about making every drop according to the low, time honoured process Jack Daniel’s founder perfected.

Nose: Fruity notes of banana and tropical fruits as well as tones of caramel.
Taste: Dry, vanilla, honey, caramel, spicy oak tones and herbs.
Finish: Long-lasting and spicy, sweet.
