Nose: Pear, apples, Charred wood, some hay, lemon in the background, peat, some brown sugar, sea breeze all very nicely integrated.
Taste: Not very oily/mouthcoating, but nice tasting, some pepper and spice, a bit salty, mineral and the lemon is hiding behind some soft ash.
Finish: Medium short, dry, nuts, salty, fades into Christmas cake.
