Our Classic single malt whisky is made using the finest ex-bourbon casks and our special red-wine STR casks, giving it a light and balanced character.
46% alc. 750ml
NOSE
Gentle vanilla sweetness, followed by light oak and floral notes.
PALATE
Light body, vanilla, caramel and honey sweetness, balanced by woody notes and light black pepper spiciness.
FINISH
Short but delicate. The oak notes lingers in the palate for a while with a nice light spiciness.
Milk & Honey Distillery is Israel’s first whisky distillery. They are dedicated to only genuine artisinal manufacturing and committed maintaining the highest standards following Scottish tradition. Although a young whisky the hot and humid climate of Tel Aviv ensures a fast maturation giving the whisky a complexity of a much older whisky.

Maybe, but it wasn’t for historic reasons that we chose to set the distillery here: Tel Aviv is the heart of Israel’s culinary and drinking scene.
