It was matured in American White Oak ex bourbon barrels before being finished in casks that have previously held a 15 year old Pedro Ximénez sherry.
Nose: Toffee apple and sweet spice.
Taste: Raisins, fig, ginger spice and a burst of sweet liquorice.
Finish: Burst of sweet liquorice.
